Gary Zuckov says “a new understanding of power is replacing our old understanding of power as the ability to manipulate and control. The old understanding of power has become counterproductive to our evolution. What used to be good medicine has become poisonous.” Are we evolving from a species that pursues external power, into a species that pursues authentic internal power? Could we finally be moving on from hierarchal power structure to a more equitable, lateral version of power? And um, what does that mean exactly?
