
In this episode we chat with TRE (trauma/tension release exercises) practitioner, Leslie Stokman. In addition to TRE, Leslie is a yoga instructor at The Branches and has a plethora of movement certifications and expertise. Leslie takes us through the practice of TRE and the science behind how it interacts with/elicits a nervous system response.
