And...we're back! After a two-year hiatus, we've decided to kick off the Women's Health Podcast again. We're excited to interview some incredible guests on the show in the months to come and would love to hear your suggestions!  In this chat, we discuss what we've been up to over the past two years (and all the places Antony has been to!). We have a bit of a chat about principles rather than protocols when treating pelvic health conditions and the importance of personal experience as a motivator for change.
