Nikita has a unique set of skills and accomplishments - she is an entrepreneur, a model and a crypto enthusiast. She is the co-founder of a talent management agency, Luna Management and the Head of Business Development at Alpha5, a smart Crypto Derivatives Exchange. Her broad product background and her public exposure led her to work with over 40 companies in the Blockchain space as a spokesperson or ambassador. She frequently speaks at conferences and events, including Oxford University, World Blockchain Summit, Cryptovest and many more. She has worked closely with notable names in the space, such as Huobi and Pimlico Partners where she was driving key networking and M&A.
In our talk we discussed the ins and outs of go-to-market strategies for crypto projects, including the key challenges of marketing strategies as well as the main things to be aware of when planning a marketing strategy.
We then talked about crypto derivatives exchanges, discussed some basics for those who might be new to the concept, we then touched on the responsibilities of those exchanges and concluded with some tips from Nikita on how to approach choosing an exchange.
Towards the end we discussed inclusivity and diversity and heard Nikita's advice on how to transition into the Blockchain space.
