We have have a brief spoiler free summary of the book, but most of our episodes are heavy in the spoiler realm. BREAKING NEWS: Tight End for the LA Sharks Derek Pender has recently married his ex girlfriend/sports agent during a drunken fiasco in Las Vegas! The football star, who may or may not return for the season, posted an image of himself with Nora Mackenzi who is his agent after an elopement in Las Vegas. The two seem to be very happy, but reports saying the opposite are flying in! Apparently, Nora is dealing with sexism in the workplace and Derek is unsure if he is going to be replaced by the younger, better version of himself next season! To make things worse, we heard that these two did NOT want to work together. Something about neither being unable to leave something in the past? Well, something must have happened because they are married! Some sources are claiming it is a marriage of convenience and this second chance romance is a fraud, but others say this is the real deal. In all seriousness, this book is a second chance romance. It is a short and quick read and Sarah Adams' first spicy book!
