Back in our second week of filming, we sat down and recorded an episode all about postpartum depression. It was emotional, vulnerable and something we were both proud of. Sadly, due to some technical difficulties, that recording never made it to air. We knew this was a conversation we couldn’t just let go, so we came back to the table and decided to re-record it properly. Now, in this special two-part series, Izzy and Bec share their own personal experiences with postpartum depression. We open up about the moments that shook us, the thoughts and feelings we didn’t see coming, and the little things that helped us find our way back to ourselves. We talk about the reality behind the smiling photos, the quiet struggles that no one can see, and the emotional rollercoaster that so many parents silently ride. This is a raw, honest and completely unfiltered conversation. Whether you have been through postpartum depression yourself, are currently navigating it, or love someone who is, our hope is that these episodes help you feel less alone and remind you that there is support and understanding out there for you. Need support? You're not alone.🫶 Australia-Based Support1.
