In this episode, Izzy opens up about her unique and powerful journey through family, identity, and fertility. She was the first baby legally recognised as born through surrogacy in New South Wales, Australia, and grew up knowing she was donor conceived. As an adult, Izzy went through IUI using donor sperm to start her own queer family and has since chosen to donate her eggs to help others do the same.
Her story is full of heart, resilience, and a deep belief in all the ways families are created.
