I have been out of social (not totally out if we’re being technical) for over a month now.

I went dark and had posted nothing at all , no videos, no contents for this period of time.

Some would say I was doing a Social Media Detox, or Detachment or whatever they call this type of setback these days.

What I can tell you is it stemmed from a subconscious paralysis or to put it bluntly, I was scared, I chickened out from a challenge given by one of my coaches.

Well, let me tell you! I sure did find other things to do though! To totally disregard the challenge, I gave myself all the right excuses not to even started it.

I gotta tell you, it takes a person of character to know when they are not showing up for their job/business/clients/customers, and it’s nothing but YOU against YOU. That was the biggest issue I had, I couldn’t show up for my audience/followers/groups.

Who knows how many lives I might have inspired and helped changed. Something I would never know now.
