(#28) Should You Stay Friends With People That No Longer Align With You?
Hi gorgeous,
Ever feel alone? Wondering whether your friendships are still serving you?
You’re not alone. In today’s podcast episode I’ll talk about friendships.
Specifically: how do you deal with friendships that are no longer aligned? Should you break them off… or accept the person for who they are, using your vibe/energy to shield yourself? And how can you attract a tribe that makes you feel super uplifted?
Whoa, this is a topic I hugely struggled with. I always felt very alone in my journey and was convinced I’m not worthy of having great friends. Now I have the most amazing circle of friends I could wish for. I feel so grateful, but building conscious relationships is not something we’ve learned in school…
So how do you build friendships that are really empowering and inspiring? And let go of those that are no longer aligned?
That's exactly what I'll talk about in this week’s episode.
I’ll share how to:
Close old friendships that are no longer aligned without looking rude or arrogant
Create friendships based on empowerment, responsibility and excitement
Stay empowered and clear out conflicts that come up along friends
Find and consciously design friendships that inspire you
No matter where you are with your current friendships, one thing is clear - empowering, inspiring friendships are one of the most fun and fulfilling things you can have in your life, and you can definitely create them too.
I’ll dive deep into how to do it in this episode.
And remember… You can trust yourself. The world needs your message. Life gets to be fun.
And you can be, do and have it all.
Big hugs,
Leonie XOXOXO
