The world can seem like a scary place right now. We’re all wondering what’s going to happen in Ukraine, what we can do and how it’s going to affect the entire planet. This is a pivotal moment in history. Where we get to choose to be bystanders in our lives (and this conflict) or rise to the occasion, choose who we want to be and fight for what we believe in. I recorded a podcast in which I share 3 lessons we can learn from the Ukrainian people. I also added practical ways to deal with fear, action steps you can take today and a list of organizations you can donate to if you feel called to.
