On this episode we are joined by Boston Red Sox Base Running and Outfield Coordinator Darren Fenster. He gave us some incredible insight on how an MLB organization works on skills at each level and get all their players better and on the same wavelength as the major league club. Darren also started a company called Coach Your Kids that allows parents, coaches, and player the ability to have access to quality baseball information online without having to deal with searching through all the different philosophies and opinions from coaches on the internet.
