Today I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dan Henderson from Prism Performance. Dan has been successfully helping his clients achieve their health, wellness and fitness goals for the past 15 years.
However these last 7 years, specifically focussing on the Rehabilitation of Pain and Injuries. He recently launched his Online 1:1 Holistic Rehab Programs to expand his reach and to educate as many people as he can.
His 12 week programs incorporate not just the physical body but also the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies to ensure his clients not only eliminate pain in the body, but also remove any associated trauma and blockages that may prevent them from moving forward to achieve their desired health and wellness goals.
Dan is a Master Trainer and qualified Online Functional Movement and Rehabilitation Specialist. His techniques include the use of Myofascial Compression Techniques/Soft Tissue work, tailored Mobility, Stability, Strengthening and Functional Movement exercises, Dynamic Stretching and Holistic 1:1 coaching.
The PRISM Performance & Education team includes a Meditation and Breath Work Practitioner, Developmental and Empowerment Coach, and Kinesiologist to ensure his clients are supported every step of the way during their rehab journey with him.
Dan empowers the community to take control of their pain or injury, with full accountability using his online App which incorporates the Pillars of Rehab; Exercise, Diet and Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, and Mindset and Personal development, in order for his clients to upgrade their bodies and health, and achieve the life they desire.
