Want to become a better runner? Here are my top 5 tips to help!
Whether you're already a runner or a complete newbie or you just want to know how to make running not suck, this episode is for you. I share my top 5 tips to become a better runner - the 5 things that helped me train for a half marathon, EVEN THOUGH I never considered myself a runner! I'm a former competitive gymnast and track athlete whose focus was on short distance running and sprints. That's it! So, if you eve said to yourself, "I hate running," or "I'll never be a runner," or "I can't do this, it's too hard," trust me...I've been there. If I can become a runner (and run a half marathon, btw) so can you!
