Consistency is KEY & here's how!

You know when you start something new, whether it's a health or fitness goal or a learning a new skill, and you start off real strong and then eventually start to taper off or hit a wall? And then when you look to the social media "gods" they all tell you the same thing for how to reach your goals? "Consistency is key!" And then, you say to yourself, ok...but HOW??? Well, I realized that everyone likes to say "be consistent" but no one actually tells you HOW to be or even STAY consistent! So, I thought I would do that for you, boo.


In today's episode I'm giving you my 4-part Consistency Method framework to help you start being more consistent, and THEN I'm giving you 5 tips to help you STAY consistent! When I asked the community what the hardest thing about getting health or reaching your goals was, the answer was all the same: consistency. So, I think this is going to be super helpful for you because it has been for me...everyone wants to be consistent, so it's about time we learn how. Let's dive in, love.
