Midway into the episode, Kirsten, a PCOS specialist and nutritionist joins in and further discusses the benefits of managing PCOS symptoms through nutrition, specifically intuitive eating. Kirsten helps her clients to reconnect with their bodies and strengthen their relationship with food without eliminating, going on extreme diets and missing out on their favourite foods.
