In this weeks episode, Bethany shares quite the list on how to live a bit more minimally.
Something that you may not have known is that, Bethany and her husband Tyler have moved a total of 7 times in the 3 years they have been married. So decluttering and living with a bit less is something she has become used to, and actually enjoys.
She also shares a list of things you don't actually need to buy for your baby and alternatives you probably already have to use instead. Using this list, will not only save you money, because let's be real, babies are expensive, it will also save you a lot of space and clutter in your home.
At the end of the episode, Bethany brings awareness to a disease called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This disease affects a large amount of people, can take up to 20 years to recover from and it isn't taught in medical school. Only doctors who specialize in chronic illnesses know about CFS.
Please take a moment to read Carson's story using the link below and if you are able to help and donate, him and his family would greatly appreciate it as the private treatment costs are astronomical.
