The Wholeness Show - Episode 1: Let's Talk Trauma

In our first episode, a group of friends – all coaches in Cambodia – start to look at the topic of trauma, a topic which all four of us feel is of critical importance today in Cambodia.  Expect an informal and unstructured conversation between friends and colleagues as we dip our toes into this important topic of trauma from a personal angle. In future episodes we will dive deeper into the different types of trauma mentioned here: individual, collective, and inter-generational.

On today’s episode we have :  1. Sokuntha Eam, an intuitive life coach and mental fitness coach  2. Marina Pok, a coach, art lover and Founder of the Anicca Foundation which supports emerging artists in Cambodia, with an illustrious career that includes corporate ESG experience and a diplomat  3. Nady Chea, Cambodia’s youngest trained coach, a business woman and a former atheist who rediscovered a deep thirst for wisdom that can be found within Buddhism  4. Joey Ra, Founder of Cambodia Coaching Instutite and a coach who is working to bring healing to individuals and communities in Cambodia through his work.
