This week, Kwibs and Nate discuss their first workouts back in the gym after 4 months off and how their bodies may not be coping like they used to whilst Max refuses to leave his precious garden gym, at least for the foreseeable future. The guys then explain how bodybuilding can be very misunderstood and maybe unappreciated as an art form, leading some people to limit their gains as they're just moving weight from A to B and haven't mastered the 'art' of lifting and posing. There was A LOT of weekly anime to cover this week so sit back and enjoy recaps of the best bits from shows such as Fire Force, re:Zero and God of High School to name but a few. Finally, Max admits he a complete rookie when it comes to anime films so devises a game to find out who the biggest weeb is out of Kwibs and Nate but who will come out on top!?
