You’re listening to episode #53 of the WellLIFE, formerly Blooming! And today’s episode is: Are you a water snob? 


It’s funny, for most of my life, I thought all water was the same, and it wasn’t until recently that I learned what a difference drinking the right water can make in your life, from improving how you feel day to day to helping your body heal. 


Our bodies are made up of over 70% water, and our brains are 85% water, so it makes sense that putting nutritious water into our bodies is going to be better than non-nutritious water.  But is that even a thing?  Yes, it is.  And it’s not about labels like alkaline or mineral or reverse osmosis. (which is terrible for you by the way)  In this episode, you will learn about hydrogen-rich charged water.  And after drinking this water, I can tell you I’m officially a water snob.
