In today’s episode we are chatting with Stephanie Vandeynze-Snell. Steph owns a veterinary practice with her husband and is a Flow State Coach. She walked through a season of burnout and now has a passion for helping people build a life that flows and doesn’t lead to burnout. We also got to talk about the nervous system and the importance of embodiment. There’s so many good things for you to learn in this conversation and we’re so excited to share it with you!
