How did Theodore Roosevelt got shot but still delivers a Fiery Speech?

I explore the assassination of Theodore Roosevelt. Wonder why did he manage to escape that and deliver a speech? Tap play to find out.

Theodore Roosevelt is one of the greatest US presidents. But few get a chance to know more about him. Today, I bring you to learn about Theodore Roosevelt and how he gets to the US presidency. Theodore goes through several things before getting into the assassination. He did things such as establishing some antitrust laws on stopping corporations from John D. Rockefeller, J. P. Morgan, and others. Theodore, in the meantime, works on preserving wildlife and having the country be more involved internationally. But then he leaves the country to explore species only to return with problems. Because of this, Theodore fights back just to come close to the assassination. And when he did, he delivers a fiery speech that sounds as if he's in good shape. How did he do that?
