History of Japan’s grueling work culture

Japan’s supposedly terrible work culture is not a recent trend. Although it was a thing since the 1970s during its glooming days, the country has a history more profound than that. This work culture is one of the strategies for Japan’s economic miracle several times. In this episode, I will discuss the history of the Japanese work culture and how its culture affects itself. When this work culture didn’t help, everyone’s stuff was utterly in question, and the Japanese people questioned their existence. Here’s what I found.
