One year after Season One concluded, we’re briefly introduced to a new group of kids in PA as they escape the police; and at least one has powers similar to Eleven.
Back in Hawkins, Dustin and Lucas are tracking the moves of a new girl in town with gaming skills, Max, who has a hot-headed older brother. Mike continues to try to contact Eleven with no luck, and is getting into trouble and acting out. Nancy and Steve are saying “I Love You” yet Jonathan continues to catch Nancy’s eye. Joyce and Hopper are by Will’s side while he sees a doctor at the Department of Energy. And at the end of the episode, we learn Hopper is keeping Eleven safe in a cabin in the woods.
