Prof. Blackburn has been teaching at the University of Toronto 1995, author and has many years of experience in many different areas related to Marketing consulting. I was her student this past semester for a course called Consumer Behaviour, which I was thoroughly intrigued with not only the course content but in Prof. Blackburn's life story. On this week's episode, I invite Inez Blackburn to talk bout her career and upbringing, the importance of understanding consumers' behaviour, how AI will affect marketing sphere, and much more.
