Some people have a tendency to get overly excited about the weekend and this can lead to a feeling of being drained during the weekdays. In order to counteract this, we made this writing exercise and guided meditation that helps you prepare for the upcoming weekend by doing some writing and meditation.

Writing can have an effect on the brain that leads to more positive moods, lower levels of cortisol, and better memory. It also helps us connect with others through empathy and understanding.

Meditations can help reduce stress levels while increasing a sense of calmness and happiness. They also help you identify your inner voice better which will lead you to make better decisions in life.
