Well, well, well, here we are, our 69th road trip, episode 69 of The Way-Back Music Machine. That's right, 69 and counting.

This week, on our journeys, we look at a comic book that made it very big on the music charts in 1969, with help from Canadian Andy Kim.

Then we look at one of rock and roll's first supergroups, which, like most supergroups, just didn't stay around for long. We will explain on our travels.

Then we look at the sophomore, self-titled album by a group that pioneered Americana in rock music, although four fifths of them were from Canada.

All that and our weekly Memphis to Merseyside moment, a tribute to the Prince of Darkness, chart talk and great conversation between to 12 year old kids disguised as middle aged men. Join us on The Way-Back Music Machine, Episode 69.

Don't forget to check out the Spotify playlist that goes with today's episode!
