Session Eighty - The Cost of a Crown - As the shimmering emerald portal collapses around the Unknown Servant of Galgarath and Drogo, The High Blood Blade of Queen Largathorn. The Strange Ones are left alone with the sounds of their own rapid breathing and the not so distant skirmish. You, Rathanx, and you, Merral, begin to move towards the skirmish when the rawcuss sound of a unanimous war cry fills the night. The Red Shadow has repelled the attackers but as you will soon learn it was not without cost. Nicholas, Renalia, and Linvala…your attention turns to Zora and Nela who stand apart with obvious restraint. The Blood Rose extends her hand to Zora, The sleeve of her blood splattered nightgown flowing in the night air. You watch as Zora takes her hand like a peaceful stream wraps around an unmoving stone. She, unsatisfied by the simple gesture, bolts into Nelas embrace as the sounds of the war cry fades into the dirges of the wounded and dying. Alistar, your eyes are drawn to the all familiar night sky with its crimson aurora speckled with silver shards of star light. Now for the first time you watch as the aurora seems to swell and grow, like waves lashing down the beach to rejoin with the red sea. All of you notice this phenomenon and can't help but feel a certain symbology in its occurrence. The souls of those noble warriors of the Red Shadow are adrift in the cosmos. And those of you who are so inclined feel the celestial winds ushering those lost onward and upwards…to a new home amongst the stars of the heavens.
Hello and welcome to our Dungeons and Dragons Homebrew campaign. We are a close group of friends who have been playing Dungeons and Dragons together for over two years. We just started our second homebrew campaign “The War for Malkaria,” which takes place in the material world of Masathea roughly one hundred years after the events of our first homebrew campaign. Our cast currently consists of seven players:

Jake - Merrel Ferrossa, the Human Artificer Armorer.
Alyson - Renalia Valreign, the Dragonborn Arcane Trickster Rogue.
