Never letting it out because when we do, no matter what others have done to us, we fear becoming just like those that mistreat us. So when it comes to a head and it all comes out, the inevitable happens: The VICTIMIZER becomes the “victim” and where is the justice in that? There is no justice. In this episode, I talk about why it is important to be PROACTIVE and deal with issues and concerns IMMEDIATELY. By taking control of the situation and getting out in front of it, you bring the issue to rapid and just conclusion. You give yourself closure, ON YOUR OWN TERMS! Success comes not from harboring anger and frustration. Success comes from keeping a positive mindset and addressing matters as they arise will always serve you as you move through your journey of self-leadership and success.
