  • The 3x labels given to classify human body types (somatotypes): ectomorph, endomorph & mesomorph - their characteristics...and the racist origins of such classifications *sigh*
  • How it's possible to manipulate your muscle:fat ratio - and therefore CHANGE your somatotype
  • The different types of muscle you have (a lot to do with genetics), that will influence your overall size & shape, as well as your ability to do/perform
  • Things to consider if you are (or want to) training for a marathon, or strength/power-based sports
