Tom Caskey, Certified Practicing Valuer at Opteon in Toowoomba, joins ANZPJ Editor Benn Dorrington to discuss life and work as a valuer in regional Queensland. This Special Podcast comes as the Australian Property Institute heads to the famous Chinchilla Melon Festival, which is on this week. 

Located in the Western Downs region of Queensland, Chinchilla is the 'Melon Capital of Australia' and hosts this major event every two years. The API will be heading to the festival to promote the property profession and learn more about our industry’s work in regional areas.
