Damian Diamantopoulos, Portfolio Manager REITs and Head of Property Research at Australian Unity, joins ANZPJ Editor Benn Dorrington to discuss the industrial and logistics real estate market in Australia.

Diamantopoulos, who joined Australian Unity in 2016, is portfolio manager for the Australian Unity Property Income Fund. Prior to joining Australian Unity, he worked for Karara Capital as Portfolio Manager – REITs and before this held the position of Head of Real Estate Securities at 360 Capital, having established and managed a top-performing fund investing in ASX listed property trusts and companies. Prior to 360 Capital, Diamantopoulos spent 12 years with APN Property Group and managed various funds investing in listed, unlisted and direct property.
