TANAY BOTHARA is an Architect and a self-taught photographer. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture from PVP COA, Pune in 2018. In the same year, he won Asia Young Designer Award 2018-19 in Singapore for his architecture thesis. He was also awarded a scholarship for a design course in Harvard Graduate School of Design, Massachusetts. He has interned with Bijoy Ramachandran, Hundredhands, and is currently working with Bijoy Jain, Studio Mumbai. His love for travel, architecture, and photography is linked with a common thread of minimalism. Along the way of his solo travels through the wild and the cityscapes, he observes the dichotomy of man and nature, imbibing cultural nuances of the people he meets and taking inspiration for his art. He has cycled through various states of India, spending one month in each state.
