You know when all you want to do is just sit down and relax and then you do it and as soon as you get comfortable your brain goes into overdrive with the endless list of things you need to do??
Apparently, I’m not the only one! Relaxing doesn’t come easy to me… I’m a doer! I’m a hustler! It’s part of how I am wired as a visionary. But this inability to relax isn’t actually your truth. And visionaries truly need the space and time for unwinding so that we can clear the canvas and return to our work refreshed.
Today’s episode I share the exact method I’ve used to learn to relax and unwind, not letting my monkey mind run rampant, and instead, I’ve learned to discern between it and my truest essence so that I can live into my highest potential. I hope today’s episode will help you to do the same.
