The Vision with Pastor Tracey Armstrong: Media Impact for God's Kingdom
The Vision with Pastor Tracey Armstrong: Media Impact for God's Kingdom
Executive Producers: Dr. Alveda King and Destiny Yarbrough
Co-Hosts: Day Gardner and Ginger Howard

Pastor Tracey Armstrong appeared on *The Vision* to share his powerful testimony and insights on how media can be used to advance God's kingdom. As founder of the Destiny Channel and pastor of Citadel Church, Pastor Tracy described how his calling began at age six when a movie about the Bible deeply convicted him and inspired a prayer to never miss God’s “last-day ark.” That moment shaped his mission to build spiritual “arks” through media—safe places for people to encounter God during times of crisis. He emphasized that media is a battle of words, and Christians must boldly use platforms like social media, film, and television to spread hope, truth, and light. Tracy introduced the idea of reclaiming the word “propaganda” in a positive, biblical sense—promoting and advancing God’s message boldly.

He highlighted the Destiny Channel as a space for faith-driven content, empowering media missionaries, musicians, and creatives. The channel was birthed from a burden he felt after watching a poorly acted yet spiritually anointed Christian film. Recognizing the lack of quality platforms for Christian creatives, he launched Destiny to fund and support artists' projects. Through initiatives like the Launch Lab and partnerships with new filmmakers, writers, and even cartoon creators, Destiny Channel has become a collaborative hub for building God's media presence.

Throughout the show, the hosts echoed the need for unity, vision, and courage in media, praising Pastor Tracy's builder mindset and apostolic mantle. They also discussed the negative impact of online trolls, emphasizing the importance of speaking life and truth. Pastor Tracy concluded with a prayer for boldness, healing, and encouragement, reminding viewers that it's never too late to step into their God-given destiny. His message was clear: start now, don’t wait, and be a part of building God’s vision through media.
