I know the girlies will relate to this episode and how F-boys still seem to find their way to me even at the ripe old age of 34. By not falling back into old toxic habits I feel like I've passed a test and proud of my growth and self development!

On the heels of a great trip, I got some terrible news and I share my experience suddenly losing a very special person in my life and how I am coping and processing the loss. With that I share my views on death from a spiritual perspective.
