They are a privately owned small animal and exotics general practice with a team of 24 veterinary professionals including 5 FTE veterinarians. Michael is a licensed high school teacher, and he spent 16 years in agriculture education before leaving the classroom to help his wife, Dr. Amy Shirley, build her veterinary practice with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.
