The podcast welcomes Joe Dixon, a very talented and driven UTM who shares his incredible story from teaching himself to code in his teens to identifying a severe vulnerability in the Air Force TFTR program right before it was set to be released.
Joe talks about viewing his job through the lens of how he can take the foundation of something and make it better and how sometimes the Air Force doesn’t always provide them the tools to do the job.
He gives a heartfelt example of just how important it is for leadership to recognized their troops accomplishments, the TBA training program he’s working on which teaches you why you’re doing something, and how important it is to be resilient.
