Well, we kicked off this week with a lawsuit coming out of the state of Minnesota. As part of some monkey business regarding unauthorized elk permits, the state’s DNR has hurled a lawsuit at the Kittson County Sheriff’s Office. We’ve also got the story of the smurf-like colored pig meat that’s been discovered in California, the story of how a BC man survived 9 days in the backcountry by drinking pond water, how an Arizona outfitter was nailed for Lacey Act violations for illegal hunts in Colorado and we closed out the week with the tale of the father-son duo who now could be facing upwards of $60,000 worth of fines for illegally killing and wasting a trophy bull elk.
