#54 Releasing Panic and Worry to Make an Impact

In this episode, I share with you the revelation that I had with worry this past week!  I have always associated worry with showing I really care about the task at hand.  So when I woke up in a panic recently...I practiced associating words like safe, calm, secure, and others.  The result was amazing! I want to encourage you to try this exercise simply with panic or with any other emotion that you may want to change the relationship.
