Mag Kirwan owns and runs Goatsbridge Trout farm with her husband Ger in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. 

I met Mag many years ago in a Sustainable Learning Networks research programme in Waterford and am so impressed with how she has built up her business through the years.
