My guest today is Jocelyn Brewer. Jocelyn is an Australian psychologist, digital wellbeing educator and cyberpsychology researcher. In 2013 she founded, Digital Nutrition, a positive technology use philosophy for young people, parents and workplaces to help all humans ‘be well, connected’.
