What happens when a little girl grows up on 25 acres of West Virginian land with no TV or internet, extraordinarily imaginative parents, and a whole world dedicated to learning and discovery?
She becomes a creative whirlwind that sweeps the world with the guidance of pure imagination, of course.
Katherine Wright—aka Katy with a “Y”— is the powerhouse that brings BEAUTIFUL energy, fresh perspectives, and unbelievable light to this week’s episode of The Unseen Magic Podcast.
She's been a fiercely committed photographer ever since she received her first camera on her fifth birthday (you read that right!).
She now owns the prolific photo and video company, YTK Photography.
Katherine’s work is noted for her lighting, storytelling and ability to capture the natural essence of her subjects. Her images are included in many private collections and she has been exhibited in various galleries on the east coast. Katherine conducts workshops and lectures both privately and with many institutions in New York.
So, what a joy and an honor it was to talk to this incredible human being. We have fun, we go deep, and explore realms never before seen on this podcast.
