Today's guest, Marielle Bachman is a yoga instructor, herbalist, & graphic designer.
She received her 300-hour vinyasa certification in NYC, and went on to teach vinyasa flow at Jai Yoga Arts in Brooklyn, NY. Marielle is continuing her education in the sciences of nutrition, health coaching, and herbal medicine with APFA and the Blue Ridge Mountain School of Herbalism. She is actively deepening her knowledge of healing and spirit by traveling to study in spiritual communities around the world, while she works as a freelance graphic designer for various global clients.
Today, Marielle is enjoying a nomadic lifestyle, hiking, camping, and exploring the beautiful and diverse natural terrains the Americas have to offer.
