Hello…? The Universe called and we’re doing our best to figure out what the f*ck it all means.  Join us bimonthly with the new and full moon as we respond to the transits of the Universe while connecting themes and inspo from yoga philosophy and the world around us. Available on Youtube and Apple Podcasts Filming and Editing by Jon Meyer Theme music by Chit Cray (Studio Enertia)  Bios: Courtney Sauls, a Leo sun/Scorpio rising/Pisces moon, is an actor and yoga teacher (500hr E-RYT) who resides in Los Angeles. She’s been teaching yoga for over a decade and dabbling in astrology for a lifetime thanks to the influence of her mother. Her experience as a Black woman in America and unwavering belief in equity for all people is the driving force for everything she does. And also, she’s just trying to be a decent human. Dassit. Natalie Burtney, a Taurus Sun/Cancer Rising/Scorpio moon, is an actor, writer, personal trainer and trauma-informed yoga teacher (200 hr E-RYT) based in LA. She started practicing yoga during college and loved the way it made her feel physically and mentally and felt called to share it with the world. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over ten years and offers full moon ritual events and workshops. As someone with an invisible disability, teaching in a trauma-informed way has been her life’s work, and she is curious about the ways the mind, body and spirit connect while offering practical guidance for all.

Join Nat and Court as they dig deep for this full moon in Scorpio. The main theme is the practice of non-attachment--what are you fed up with in your life that you no longer need? This might feel hard with Pluto in Aquarius and Mars in Leo–what’s a new path forward? Not just as individuals, but as a collective. Of course they share some deep secrets and witchy stories--charge your crystals, folks, this one is FULL. Reminder to subscribe to the Substack for journal prompts and playlist.
