This episode is me sharing experiences of how being too nice got me NO WHERE. If you're a empath like me or you are just fed up of getting walked all over y'all need to listen and take some god damn notes.

I'm being nice I'm being supportive .. :). But in all seriousness get your shit together.. because the more you try to blend into places and people you don't belong the more you're going to sacrifice your own peace of mind. We're here to make actionable change putting ourselves first .. not be DELUSIONAL as much.
