He is an Italian plant-based entrepreneur and a prominent figure in the restaurant and hospitality industry. After obtaining a degree in Management and Economics, he pursued his passion for food and embarked on a career in the industry. He honed his skills by training in the operational, marketing, and management areas of the most prestigious hotel facilities around the world.Today, Edoardo is the Owner, Founder, and CEO of Linfa - Eat Different, a highly regarded, high-end vegan restaurant based in the heart of Milan, Italy. With years of experience in the industry, Edoardo has built a reputation for creating innovative, high-quality cuisine that is delicious, sustainable, and healthy.
