This is a vessel to discuss a wide range of topics as they relate to the art of physicality. There are aspects of fitness that are worth exploring yet they tend to be ignored and neglected. They’re buried deep underground while the charlatan filled industry continues to allow gimmicks, fads and trends to grow on top of them. This podcast is a means to dig up that which holds value, teaches valuable lessons and helps us understand that which makes us uncomfortable.
