EP-170 Psychology, Sailing, and Business - Chris Kubisiak

Welcome to The Unconventional Path: Entrepreneurship and Innovation Stories and Ideas. Today we are doing something a bit different.  As our long time listeners know, Mike and I like to change things up once in a while.

Today, Mike and I interview Chris Kubisiak.  Chris is an organizational psychologist and avid sailor.

We interviewed him for the sailing podcast Mike and I do.  We discussed how psychology and human behavior plays a large role in sailing.  Many aspects of our conversation also apply to business and leadership.  So, we decided to broadcast the episode on the Unconventional Path podcast.

You can reach Chris at CKYachting@gmail.com

We hope you enjoy the conversation as much as we did.

So please give the episode a listen!

Our podcast is now also available on YouTube and your favorite podcasting app.  Just search for The Unconventional Path.

If you know of someone who would be a good guest for the show, let us know and we will try to get them as a guest.  We also love to hear from our listeners, send us your questions, comments, and suggestions at bela.and.mike@gmail.com - we will answer your questions in a future episode.

Thanks for listening,

Bela and Mike
