Ana is working at one of the upscale restaurants in the city.  Because of the pandemic, the restaurant management no longer charges Service Charges which was  previously shared with the employees.  Now, the employees are deprived of this extra wage-related benefit.  What can they do about it?  

Tanya was working at a gym until the gym management required her to wear skimpy yoga pants.  This lead to her being sexually harassed by a co-worker.   Tanya eventually resigned and sued the gym for separation pay and damages due to her predicament.  Is she correct to do so?

Jill wanted to dissolve her marriage but her husband Roy refuses to subject himself to psychological evaluation.  Jill is worried that this will adversely affect her petition to have her marriage declared null and void.
