The Triple Effect is a podcast that explores the lasting ripple effects of the people and moments that shape who we become. In each episode, I sit down with influential and well-known guests to reflect on the two individuals and one pivotal situation that profoundly impacted their lives.

First, we talk about someone close to them who had a powerful, positive impact. A mentor, a friend, a teacher—someone who saw their potential when others didn’t, stood by their side, or helped them find the courage to grow.

Then, we talk about a negative or challenging situation. Something that may have felt like a setback at the time, but ultimately led to transformation, resilience, and unexpected growth.

Finally, we explore someone they've never met, but who inspires them deeply. A role model, historical figure, or public personality whose influence continues to guide your path toward success, purpose, or inner peace.

The format leads to incredibly rich and unexpected conversations—ones that often take us down surprising paths and offer a rare glimpse into the lives of my guests. It’s a chance for both you, the listener, and me to connect with them on a deeply meaningful level.

I hope you enjoy these conversations as much as I do.

Caroline Foran

In this episode, I had the privilege of speaking with Caroline Foran, best-selling author, podcaster, and content creator. She's also a wonderful friend, mother, and wife.

I've known Caroline for years through work events and occasions, and she's always someone I'm genuinely thrilled to see. There’s no facade with her, she’s honest, open, and incredibly generous with the wisdom she’s gathered through her deep research into anxiety, and from interviewing incredible minds on her chart topping podcast, Owning It: The Anxiety Podcast

Caroline shares so much of her life through her writing and Instagram, from mental health and beauty, to interiors and parenting. If you’ve ever struggled with your mental health, especially with anxiety, this conversation will truly resonate with you.

Please note: this episode contains discussions of mental health, including anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal ideation. Please take care while listening, and check the show notes for links to mental health support and resources.
